Kalpana, the founder member of K&M Consultants is having corporate experience of more than 7 years in the field of Recruitment, Overseas Human Resource Management, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Organization Development & specialized HR Projects.
Before setting up K&M Consultants she was a core member at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co with various regional teams namely; Maharashtra, Gujarat, West Bengal , Madhya Pradesh and Goa as Manager HR before moving into corporate role. She has handled recruitments, manpower planning and HRM for PAN India along with overseas locations like East Africa & UAE.
Her core expertise in Manpower Planning and HRM include recruitments for various functions like Sales, Operations, Finance & other specialized Mid Level and Senior Management roles. Her over the time achievement has been networking across industry, prompt replies to HRM queries and single handedly initiating Human Resource based automation projects to improve the efficiency of the HR as a whole.
She loves listening to Indian and International music, dancing, swimming & enjoying holidays in the luxuries of high end hotels & resorts. |

Mr Mittal Dalal: He is one of the founder members of K&M Consultants. He belongs to a small town – Navapur in Maharashtra. He is having corporate experience of more than 10 years in the field of HR, Marketing & Sales, Business development & Operations. He has done 2 years of MBA from NMIMS- Mumbai. He has done his Graduation in Commerce from Mithibai College Mumbai.
Before setting up K&M Consultants he was working with ICICI Prudential Life as Manager HR in corporate office for 3 years. He has worked in various industries and departments. He started his career with Citibank as Sales Executive. From there he moved in to an international BPO named Zenta and worked for Tele sales, Customer Service and Collection processes for USA based clients from 2002 – 2006. Then he joined Adventity BPO for ICICI Bank Secured loan collection. After working for a Year got an opportunity to work as Corporate HR Manager with ICICI Prudential. He has managed HR Operations & Automation projects on recruitment, employee life cycle, etc. He has been also been associated with Mastermind BPO (MGS Group) for business development and client relations along with setting up K&M Consultants.
He loves socializing & sports. He plays lot of competitive Cricket (MCA tournaments). Besides Cricket he also plays Volley Ball. He enjoys travelling, listening music and attending adventure trips.

She has done M.B.A. –HR from Hiraben Nanavati Institute of Management & Research, Pune and B.A. in Psychology from Modern College, Pune.She has rich experience in Recruitment, in IT and non IT for all levels.
Her hobbies are Dancing, adventures , playing badminton, swimming.She has learnt Kathak from Nrityabharati Kathak Dance Academy, Pune and Western dance from Shiamak Davar Institute of Performing Arts.
